TREATMENT OF DATA, INFORMATION ART. 13 Legislative Decree n.196/03

Perfumery Ticino as owner of the treatment, that the information provided by you or collected for purposes connected with the Order, will be treated, even with the aid of electronic and / or automated, in compliance with the Legislative Decree 196/03, "Rules for the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter the "Code"), according to the principles of lawfulness and fairness and to protect the privacy and rights recognized you.

These data will be used for the purposes specified below:

a) obligations arising from regulatory obligations including accounting and tax;

b) the result of compliance with your contractual obligations;

c) storage of historical data;

d) the sending of commercial and technical product Perfumery Ticino.

Your data may be communicated for the purposes indicated, inter alia, to:

1) anyone who is legitimate recipient of communications provided for by law or regulation;

2) management companies of administrative services. Within this purpose your data may be communicated abroad.

The conferment of data required to meet the regulatory requirements is required: your refusal to answer may be impossible to initiate or continue the contractual relationship between the parties.

Perfumery Ticino ensure that security and confidentiality of data will be protected by appropriate protective measures, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No 196/03, in order to reduce the risk of destruction or loss, even accidental, of data, unauthorized access, or treatment not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes of collection.

Perfumery Ticino warrant the exercise of rights provided by art. 7 of the said Code, which recognizes certain significant rights, such as to obtain from the owner, without delay:

- Confirmation of the existence of personal data which concern you, as well as the logic and purpose on which it is based;

- The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of law;

- The updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of data;

- Confirmation that the transactions listed have been notified to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

Under Article 7, is also guaranteed the right to:

- Oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data which concern you;

- Oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data which concern you, provided for the purpose of sending commercial or advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market surveys or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, not later than the time at which the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of freely exercising this right.
